How reTEQ Deal Room text alerts work

reTEQ Inc. sends text message alerts only to people who opt in. When a real estate agent invites you to a transaction’s Deal Room on reTEQ, you receive an email invitation with a link to the sign-up form below. Giving a mobile number and checking the consent box is optional; you can join and receive updates by email only.

STOP reply: “reTEQ: You’re unsubscribed from Deal Room alerts and won’t receive more texts. Reply START to resubscribe.”

Sample new message: “reTEQ: New message on 123 Main St from Sarah R.: ‘Inspection report is uploaded.’ Reply to respond. Reply STOP to opt out.”

Sample deadline reminder: “reTEQ: Reminder: the buyer’s inspection notice for 123 Main St is due Oct 13. Reply STOP to opt out.”
