Sarah Richardson
CEO & CO-FOUNDER
Sarah is a charismatic and preeminent leader in residential real estate and a regular speaker on industry panels including Inman and RISMedia. She founded Tru Realty — one of the only female-led real estate brokerages in the nation — and continues to run it. As CEO and Co-Founder of reTEQ, Sarah brings deep operational understanding of what a residential brokerage actually needs from technology. Active member of the Entrepreneur's Organization.
Mike McGowan
CHIEF REVENUE OFFICER & CO-FOUNDER
Mike leads revenue and distribution for reTEQ. Twenty-plus years across the U.S. Military (Counterintelligence Specialist, 1993–2002), financial services, and B2B SaaS — including VP of Sales at Chime where he grew revenue 6× in under three years, and Head of Revenue at AI startup Aidentified. At reTEQ, Mike owns go-to-market: the pilot program with brokerages, industry association partnerships, and the pricing model that lets reTEQ scale without eroding brokerage margins.
Ana Tomboulian
CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
Ana is the AI/ML scientist behind reTEQ AI Broker. Previously CTO and Co-Founder of Peerlogic — an Arizona-based startup that built HIPAA-compliant conversational AI for healthcare, handling thousands of daily patient interactions with regulatory-grade reliability. Ana's expertise in building AI systems that can be trusted in high-stakes environments makes her uniquely positioned to lead the technical direction of a compliance-focused product like reTEQ.
